February ~ Be Kind Month
Remember that February is BE KIND MONTH.
Hot Chocolate at Recess!
Second grade will be holding their annual hot chocolate sale starting Tuesday February 10. Hot chocolate will be for sale during all recesses on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday that week. Each cup will cost $.50.
PTO Meeting
The next PTO Meeting will be held Tuesday, February 17 at 6:30pm in the elementary. (Snow date 2/24)
School In Session - Calendar Change
Please note there is a calendar change in February. School will now be in session on Friday February 13. This is a make up day from the snow day that was called on December 2.
President's Day Recess
School will be closed on Monday, February 16 for President's Day.
Kindergarten 2026-2027 Parent Night
Here we go class of 2039! On Thursday, February 26, we will hold an informative meeting for parents of children who plan to attend Greenwood's Kindergarten class in the fall of 2026. This will start at 5:30 and run until 7:00pm in the elementary.

Mark your calendars for Spring Picture Day! Wednesday, March 4, 2026 is picture day. Don't forget to wear your perfect smile!
BINGO for Books
This is always a popular event! BINGO for Books will be held at 5:00pm on Tuesday, March 17 in the elementary gymnasium.
ROAR Rally dates
Remember to wear your BLUE & GOLD on our ROAR Rally days! The next two are scheduled for February 23 and March 30.
